I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this gym. The "automatic" direct debit NEVER works, despite me always having the funds available. And when I try to pay online, it does not accept my card. I have no idea why. This wouldn't be such a huge deal if I were able to contact the gym and sort it out, before I cop a $20 late fee. However, your customer service is not exactly the greatest. I call again and again and no one answers the phone. Not entirely sure how I am supposed to pay my membership and avoid these late fees if you will not take my money and you will not answer your phone. I managed to talk to someone at the reception (finally) and they told me that I have to pay within a 24hr period or they cannot wave the late fee. So, because YOUR system wouldn't take my money and because YOUR staff don't answer the phone, I have to pay $46 in fees. I copped over $90 the previous week due to the same issue. I paid this because I assumed it was my own fault. But after making sure the money was there this week, the same thing has happened again. I am beyond frustrated at this point.
