Quite possibly the most miserable, rude, disinterested service I've ever experienced anywhere. And it's not a one off. We go every week for our children's swimming lessons. ALL of the staff, young, old and in between are absolutely miserable and old mate who is often at the front counter has given up on life. Pathetic service. Really unfriendly, grumpy, rubbish service. We pay hundreds of dollars for the swimming lessons yet our children are ordered to "get out of the pool" when having a paddle before their lessons. It's unbelievable! Blue Mountains Council need to have a good hard look at this place and start telling some people to pull their heads in. Absolutely atrocious.
