This was my first time in Edinburgh and staying with Sheraton. I simply loved the Spa experience. A special thanks to Sandra. She was lovely, kind and very professional on the massage. She suggested the best oil and made my aromatherapy amazing. I will definitely recommend her! :)

If any one is looking for bargain deals for hotel rooms head to ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ booked a hotel room on there and these guys had the best rates just about anywhere! Before we arrived the desk staff were very helpful with any questions we had and upon arrival we could check earlier than expected, the room was lovely and the bar staff were also very friendly.

Absolutely Incredible. By far one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, the food was delicious and the Spa facilities are fantastic. I honestly couldn't find a fault with any of it. The rooms are modern and relaxing, it's central to everything Edinburgh has to offer. It's perfect for a weekend break of sightseeing or a weekend of pure relaxation and bliss.

3-4 stars this time, overall still recommend, just bring ear plugs and make dinner bookings elsewhere. *Pros* - really fantastic complimentary gym and indoor pool (19m, good for a workout), very good breakfast buffet providing great value, large and clean room (castle view), convenient location just outside of the old city, breakfast staff very nice and helpful! *Cons* - (1) bar/one square in the evening: first time the food was sub-par and tea was disappointing; second time did not even manage to get any waiters attention and after a long while had to leave for another restaurant outside the hotel; (2) room not soundproof at all internally - was repeatedly woken up by either next door's TV or upstairs walking and moving furniture, could even hear them talking; (3) hotel did not provide hair conditioner nor replenish shampoo/shower gel throughout a 3 night stay

Thumbs up for location and walking distance to the castle and princess street. Cinema and eating places close by within 3-5 min walk and the EICC next door. Decent spa facilities. Thumbs down for the internal telephones not working and staff could be friendlier. The on-site restaurant is good and reasonable priced. Excellent breakfast and a wide variety.
