Recently had a composite door fitted by 1st Aztec. The phone was quickly answered by a friendly helpful gentleman. When I had a more complex question regarding types of lock he contacted the supplier and got back to me with a response very quickly. The door was fitted with minimal disruption and looks beautiful. After sales service has also been very good. A much more personal service than dealing with some of the national companies (some of which didn't even bother to get back to me with a quote).

Ewan came and mended our PVC door which was broken. He gave us good impartial advice and did a great job in replacing the locking mechanism on a PVC door. Decent price, came and saw us quickly, honest and friendly - I would recommend them.

We were very impressed at the salesman and price, however on the day we thought the service very rushed, unfriendly (almost as if they had an afternoon job to get too), everything being chucked randomly out of the window on the first floor (watch out for the cat!). Also one of the window frames was bent to fit it in, not ideal - and the window hinges rattled on movement and were very stiff, thankfully they replaced these and the rattling problem was solved.

Highly recommended to all our family & friends! So lovely to support a local fishponds business especially at this time
