Can't praise Zen Windows enough! Professional and friendly service throughout. No hard sell at the beginning, Paul just listened and offered helpful information and advice. The same goes for surveyor Colin who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was kept informed all the way through and any questions I raised dealt with. The installation was on time and also very professional. I am delighted with my new door and side panel and would not hesitate to recommend Zen

Delighted with new windows and the service provided by Zen. From the beginning Paul stood out as trustworthy and took time to listen and explain things without giving a salesman' s pitch. We were very pleased with the work carried out by Paul and Geoff who were hardworking, cheerful and always willing to fit around us and diligent in tidying up. Very pleased we opted for encapsulation of original leaded panes as the result is stunning. Overall very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend Paul and his team.

Fantastic service and great price. Really lovely people, did an excellent job replacing my window pane, left everything very tidy and clean. Took covid precautions so felt completely safe. And after getting various quotes was definitely the best price for the service offered (old pain taken away with them as well). Will definitely use them again.

Excellent double glazing on our five windows. We even asked for one of the windows to be adjusted after installation, which they did with no eye-rolling and no additional expense. Very good value, Paul and Colin were friendly and efficient. I'd absolutely recommend Zen.

We used ZEN for some new patio doors and a new double glazed panel elsewhere. The service was great from start to finish. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and they did a great job, in a short time frame, for a reasonable price. We've used a few double glazing firms over the years, but I can say with confidence that ZEN are streets ahead of the competition!
