Appeal Home Shading bristol

Absolutely awful. Paid a LOT of money for a couple of blinds. 2 for the bedroom in PURPLE and 1 for the living room in BROWN. It's taken forever and they have cost a LOT of money. Finally installed yesterday and they are THE WRONG WAY ROUND ie BROWN in bedroom and PURPLE in living room and company is not answering my emails. I can see why they demand you pay everything up front. Bad feeling I'm going to have to pursue them through the courts to get it sorted. Guy who installed them just left all his rubbish everywhere and he wouldn't actually install any of the thing that lets you connect them to your phone - just gave me an enormous print out of what you are supposed to do that I can't make head of tail of. Wish I'd never heard of them. AVOID!

I had a great experience with this company, They came to do a measure and quote, they said the installer would come the next week and two weeks after they would install. And it went like clockwork, they were punctual, friendly, really explained everything, the pricing, how the product works, and no mess, they were very diligent on being respectful to the apartment. We now have battery operated smart blinds and they look truly fantastic, and work perfectly. Everything this company promised, they delivered on and so quickly. I couldn't recommend them enough!!!

Appalling company. They just want to sell expensive blinds but terrible ongoing customer support. Do not respond to calls or emails. Very disappointing service.

Excellent service from start to finish. Professional throughout, good communication and no problems whatsoever. Really happy with the finished job, everything happened exactly as it should have from the first sales visit to the completed installation.

I booked an appointment for our holiday home. Twice in the days before the appointment I received a text reminder. I drove two hours to our holiday home and received a call cancelling the appointment just as I arrived there. (less than 24 hours after the text reminding me about it). They claimed they had lots of cancellations and it wasn’t worth coming out. They only had as far to drive as I had. Zero thought for their customers.

If you are looking for a good quality house or workplace shades experience I don't think there is any better. They have a beautiful collection of contemporary designs. They are very flexible with packages and open to customizations, I got exactly what I wanted. The installations were flawlessly done too. The team members were very polite and their customer support service was really prompt. Must go for it.. highly recommend !!

We have kids at home and my only concern was breakage and child locking system of the automated window blinds. I can say I am fairly convinced with both the products and services. The built is strong and I really like the look of my house now. They had a plethora of options to choose from. Their employees are not just skillful but also great craftsmen. Went by their suggestions and I am quite happy.

Over all it was a very good experience. We just finished getting retractable awnings installed at apartment. Can’t wait for the rest of the window shading to be completed. Everyone on the project is well qualified and competent for the job. They were very quick to respond on the message I had left them to get a quote. Moreover, they were not at all pushy during the first call. Felt understood and comfortable while dealing with them.

We are pleased with the quality of the blinds installed a few days back in our home. They look really nice and so easy to use. Thanks for the help to choose the best fit for our home.

Really disappointed with Appeal. We'd advise people to be extremely thoughtful about using them. To give some context we ordered an awning (25th April) and it still has not been fitted!!! It's unclear how it has taken 7 months (given the quote was for it to take 10 weeks) and we still DO NOT have a date for installation. Our 2 issues are: 1. COMMUNICATION - There is NO customer service department - pointless trying to contact them once you have placed on order. Silence and when you do speak to a human it's not their responsibility and there is nobody they can direct you to 2. DELAY / MISMANAGEMENT - it's been a comedy of errors. Surveys booked and then their team not turning up, delay after delay. An effort to fit the awning a few weeks ago but didn't have the right parts so took it away. Assume our awning is now sitting unpacked somewhere getting damaged We have had no apology or reduction in cost to address the terrible service we have received
