Today, we had both front door and French windows fitted by Adam. I was very impressed with his professionalism...where he is a credit to Yate Windows. The workmanship and manufacturing of the doors, are of a very high standard too. All in all, our experience with Yate Windows, from start to finish, was excellent. I would definitely recommend them to all our friends and family.

I asked for a quote to replace a conservatory roof, which they came to look at. After 2 weeks I had not heard anything so I phoned Yate windows. Apparently, according to them, (I did have to ask several times as to why they wouldn't quote.) "It's too messy to replace a conservatory roof and it's a job for a builder, they don't wish to quote for the work, as it's not "suited" to them." Completely unimpressed, especially as I had to chase. Would not be inclined to call them for a quote again. I think they personally deserve 0 stars.

This was my first experience with a window and door company. Yate Windows were recommended locally and the entire experience has exceeded my expectations. They replaced my patio door and provided excellent after sales support. I will be using again for any other replacement door or window.

Had whole house done. Salesman and surveyor polite and pleasant, gave us lots of good advice. Fitting date came and fitters arrived right on the dot. Put dustsheets over carpets, beds etc. Worked hard all the days they were with us. They cleaned up as much as possible at the end of each day and gave a really good clean when the job was complete. There were a few problems, e.g. they broke some tiles around bathroom window but we had a few spares so they replaced them, but these minor difficulties were soon overcome with a bit of goodwill and understanding. Jeremy and Jamie, our fitters, were a credit to themselves and the Company. We are very pleased and would have no hesitation in recommending Yate Windows to anyone.

Friendly and professional people who pulled out all the stops to fit our new front door as a matter of urgency. We're very happy with the service throughout, and the way they kept us informed. The fitter, Chris, did a lovely job and we have no hesitation in recommending Yate Windows.

Dean came around to give us a price, wasn’t pushy very knowledgeable and great service, We liked his honesty we even booked in some of our windows to be changed as well as front door. They was very good with keeping us up to date with supplies and on install dates etc. On the day of install Adam was fantastic on time, very friendly and done a brilliant job very high standard. We are over the moon with the whole service. Would definitely recommend.

Just replaced our original wooden windows after 36 years. Always worried about having major work done but no worries. Wonderful installer, Adam and quality windows. Thoroughly recommend.
