I booked in for an open pole class (not a lesson) so was wrongly under the impression that I could turn up anywhere in the 2 hour time slot, I arrived late (yes, my fault) but when I got there and knocked on the door the staff member opened the door and didn't even say hello, instead she just aggressively told me I was late and wasn't allowed in, I said ok and was disappointed but understanding and she continued to speak to me rudely even as I was walking away. I completely understand I misunderstood the studio policy, but I definitely did not deserve to be spoken to like that, really shocked and disappointed

I've been going to 360 for a number of years now. I really enjoy the very welcoming atmosphere of the studio, it's glamorous vibe and the care Robyn devotes to technique and safety. I have tried other studios in Bristol and different cities and while they all had their benefits, none was as stylish as Robyn's. The decor and the atmosphere of 360 definitely adds to the experience, especially if you aren't extremely confident in your looks or abilities (like me). That said, Robyn definitely has her own style as a teacher. She enjoys bonding with her students, having conversations and putting on events. She definitely makes sure that you have each move NAILED before you progress to a higher level and doesn't really do much on spinning pole. From the classes I took with her and others I would say her style is probably more fitness/strength than sexy/club, so I would keep that in mind when joining 360. That said, there's nothing stopping you from mixing with some classes somewhere else or attending many of the special classes Robyn hosts (like freestyle club, floor and flow or workshops) that focus more on those elements! Overall, I would recommend 360 Pole to anyone who wants to learn a skill in a friendly atmosphere, in a small class, with a teacher who pays attention to detail and makes sure you are safe when making progress.

I have never felt more confident and beautiful than this year when discovering myself in the amazing 360 studio. It's such a supportive and welcoming place; I've never been told anything negative and have constantly been supported and encouraged every lesson. My confidence has soared with Robyn and the 360 family. I'm an unsporty person but my fitness has greatly increased as has my happiness. Absolutely recommend!!!
