I was really impressed with Britannia Windows. I am particularly impressed with Scott Wigley who was very friendly and approachable and understanding. The windows were well priced and I was very pleased with how accommodating the company is. They were never pushy. The fitters were friendly, considerate and tidy. I fully recommend Britannia Windows Bristol.

Really impressed with our fitter, Tim. He was not only friendly but clearly knew what he was doing - went above and beyond to make sure everything went well. The team at the office were great too, very efficient communication and clear about prices/details.

First class. Mark listened to what we wanted and made some really practical suggestions which made all the difference (especially our brilliant front door!). The whole service from start to finish was excellent and cannot recommend highly enough.

Fabulous, relaxed company, with windows & doors at great rates and knowledgeable staff who listen and try to do the best for you. Not at all like the 'typical' double glazing salesman. I will keep using them. Both my recent jobs however have taken a long time from order to installation, and communication through that stage hasn't been great, hence not 5 stars.

Communication could certainly have been better when delivery was delayed, albeit out of the control of Britannia. However, can’t fault quality and installation of new composite door, which was excellent and looks superb. Would use Britannia again.

My new sash windows are brilliant. The house is now both warm and quiet. The whole service from the initial survey to the fitting was friendly, quick and professional. The fitter was extremely good. He was meticulous and cleaned up every last bit before leaving each day. Thanks very much . I would definitely recommend using this company.

Very good. All parts of the process we're smooth from initial meeting, to the survey. Guys who did the installation were really friendly, on time, considerate and finished a day early. Took all the waste away. Good job by everyone
