We chose DH Frames for a few reasons: previous feedback/reviews, local, clearly proud of their work and happy to share it. I was also looking specifically for Rehau uPVC after several recommendations, DH Frames being a Rehau authorised partner. Dan was a pleasure to deal with throughout, from quote through initial site visit to the installation itself. Every window and door in the house replaced to a very high standard, apart from eating all our biscuits I don't have a single complaint. Highly recommended.

A great service from Dan and DH Frames. They're not the cheapest (although good value), but the level of professionalism, quality of product and customer service makes it worth it. The on-line front door 'creation' was brilliant, we could try literally tens of different doors with different accessories, before settling on one we really liked. After that the fitting service was super efficient and very professional. And we got a new front door before Christmas. I'd recommend DH Frames unreservedly.
