HAG Ltd. – The Door Specialists bristol

Required a quick response as the roller shutter door would not shut. I was in Portugal, estate agent showing the buyer around the property. Hag arranged for an engineer to call within the hour and the problem was resolved. Very pleased with the response.

We've recently used HAG for our Roller Shutter and Fire Doors. They've been a customer of our for a long time, so it was an obvious choice to contact them for our needs. We feel the whole process was handled with professionalism, the utmost care and in a timely manner. Worst company I have had to deal with in awhile, had our roller shutter installed just over a year later it has already started to jam. They sent out an engineer to look at it for 5-10 minuets that cost us a fee of £168, to then be told we need a new motor. The engineers turned up to install this new motor and were told they could not complete the job. The shutter ended jamming completely and we had to get a third party in to fix the issues. Turns out it was not the motor but something at a fraction of the price. Still waiting for a call back from the director of the company to find out if we are due a refund for our £168 call out fee…… Not the best customer service for these door specialists!

Great experience and service with these guys. I couldn't get into my business. Came out quickly and thankfully it was a minor repair..definitely recommend Thank you HAG.

Great service - prompt & helpful :-)

We ordered some work to be completed, the cost and time frame was great so we went with them. They were over 4 weeks late, would not have been a problem as they were keeping us informed all along the way. The engineer came and completed the work but did not leave the shutter in a working condition so we asked them to come out to rectify their mistake. They came out and fixed it quickly but to only charge us for their mistake. What a shame we would have been happy to pay the extra if the original works was under priced but instead they had to operate in a shady manner.

A diificult shutter situation, a bit of a saga really - but when push came to shove HAG came through with flying colours. They must have lost money on this pre-quoted and pre-paid job - but they honoured what was promised engendering client loyalty and respect. Stuart and Darren were diligent to the end. Exceptional, with great Teamwork between Office and installation.
