Service from James at The Window Outlet started off very good at the beginning of our project earlier this year (2017) however once James left it became very difficult to speak to or get email responses from Clive or anyone connected with the Company. We have a long list of snags which we’ve tried numerous times to get resolved without success. We even asked them to quote for further Reynear doors for our project but after giving us a price we could not make contact with anyone. This company do NOT understand Customer service and appear unable to use a telephone or email. It is basic courtesy to reply to telephone calls and emails, something this company does not have. Communication, quality, excellent service, high standards, reliability do NOT appear to be core values of the Company. Very very disappointed with the whole experience.
