My experience - dealing with this company - can be summed up in a single word: excellent. The survey was efficient - but more to the point, I was fully informed about the product I was considering buying. The quotation documentation provided included appropriate technical documentation. I had also received a quotation from another supplier but apart from the price was given no further information. The competitor did have faster delivery and fitting but this was not sufficient for me to consider their product. When I did enquire about the proposed fitting date a more acceptable date was suggested. The fitting team arrived at the time agreed and installed my new garage door efficiently. They were polite and friendly and instructed me fully in its operation. I recommend Up & Over Doors Ltd without reservation.

We are so pleased with what Up&Over Doors have done for us. The garage door was a really good price compared to other quotes I had. Ordering to delivery was relatively quick and the fit was seamless. The front door was also a great price, particularly with the glass leadwork included. The teething problems were dealt with and I particularly liked the no quibble approach. The Fitter was an absolute star and went the extra mile to make sure the fit was good. His attention to detail was excellent and he discussed what he was planning to do before following through. Overall, five stars - I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

A very professional service from quotation to installation. Tim provided a good overview of the products available with a competition price on par with other similar companies. The installation process was done properly with a good level of detail. Definitely recommend these guys. No more trying to find the right key in the dark.

Look elsewhere as have always had to chase them.Recently came to assess my door fitted by them and the control unit has failed apparently.Despite repeated requests for a quote no response so far.Have now completed repairs by others

The engineer turned up, was courteous and assessed and ensured he was fully updated with the position on site. The service and additional task requested were dealt with very well. We had a new Garage door installed in Bristol and all parts of the process with Up and Over were excellent. The installation team were very helpful and efficient and achieved the job in a remarkably short time. Having received a quote previously from another company the price we actually paid was very acceptable.

Excellent service, would highly recommend. Recommendation made on suitable replacements for old and worn out garage door openers. Came up with a solution that met all of our requirements. Survey was completed efficiently and well explained. Installation was excellent, a very professional job, talked through features, ensured all working and left the place very tidy. Would definitely use again.

Really impressed - went with them based on strength of previous reviews in combination with them being a which trusted trader. From a really relaxed initial site visit to discuss options (no pushy sales approach), through to quoting, ordering, dealing with admin staff and updates along the way re. progress and fitting arrangements, it couldn't have been smoother. Fitting took a whole day due to it going on to a slightly wonky old pebble dashed 80's garage, but all looks fantastic.

Fantastic service - I contacted Up & Over Doors, as my garage door wouldn't open and the mechanical workings of the door, had become damaged. Tim asked if I could send some photos of the inside of the door. After looking through the photo's, Tim advised my current door wasn't very old and he thought the door should be repairable and I was quoted a price. This was really good to hear as they could have tried to sale and push me into taking a new door. The repair was booked in for an agreed incredibly fast date. I was then contacted the day before the repair, and then contacted by the engineers when they were 20 minutes away. Great service all round. The repair was successful and the engineers were organised and polite. The repair was completed within two hours and they took all the damaged parts away. I'm extremely happy with the service received and the job that was carried out. I would recommend them to anyone.
