Dr. T Verity – Caddington Doctors Surgery luton

I had an appointment 745pm and I arrived 10 minutes late at 755pm and the reception said you are late Notting I can do I said I have a bad ear infection and I am witting all most 2 days she asked the doctor still in time they don't close till 800 pm sorry no I went out and reception called me back I was saying in the street and she said the doctor will see u I said I will leave it what a waste of time I was a shame to go back not good practice

I would like to thank Dr Luckhurst personally for my last visit to the surgery was for an issue of chest pain, breathlessness and asthma review. Dr Luckhurst was understanding and very helpful, she went through all the issues I had and more, this was an emergency appointment at the end of the day and Dr Luckhurst spent more time with me than she had with her busy schedule and her designated timeslots. Dr Luckhurst reviewed my Asthma medicines, discuss some personal issues, investigated and wrote a hand written letter to the L&D Hospital requesting an appointment to resolve a reoccurring hernia. I would like to thank Dr Luckhurst for being so accommodating as my life schedule is very busy and I don't attend the surgery very often and imposed her with many more issues that I should have done. Sooner you die than someone will help you in this surgery or if they help, they can kill you because they are such good specialists. You have to fight for a blood test or something else. The women at the front desk are so lazy and stupid. When it's 6pm they pretend to be deaf on the phone and hang up. And when you call the clinic again, they don't answer the phone anymore, but go home. Each tells you something different. No one would rather this clinic if this place could be called an outpatient surgery.

Very bad surgery. It's hard to ask for tests and medications. Only one doctor is normal Doctor Bishop. Rest staff have a mental problems. I do not recommend this surgery to anyone.

I wanted to register with this surgery as i am living just 1.9 miles away and the receptionist told me is not in their boundary. I am living in Dunstable downs which is not even 8 minutes away from surgery.

i am really happy and thanks so much to mrs N WHITE SHE IS ONE OF MY BEST DR I HAVE SEEN AND ALSO LUKHUST THEY VERY HELPFUL AND MR ANDREW BLESS AND LIVE LONGER
