Changed to this surgery about 3 years ago as could not make advance or same day appointment at previous one. Pastures way surgery is excellent. Never have trouble getting appointment, reception staff and doctors are all polite, helpful and friendly. Recently, my daughter was poorly, rang surgery and described symptons. They said to bring her down straight away, doctor saw her immediately and she had to go to hospital that day as needed operation. A couple of days later, the GP called me to find out how she was. I don't think many GP's would follow up like that. My husband and I are extremely pleased we changed to this surgery. Staff at all levels are always helpful and courteous.

I have been with this surgery since birth, now im 41 years old. This is the worst surgery to exist! If I am able to get through on the phone after a long wait on numerous attempts day after day with some days the receptionist claiming NO MORE APPOINTMENTS. firstly rude receptionist always ask about the problem which can be personal (They are not doctors so they do NOT need to know) if you state more than one problem they say only one problem per appointment!! After an extensive wait in the surgery, the doctors rush you through taking no care and consideration just eager to chuck you back out not giving reasonable time to inform them about the health problem and obtain all the essential medical care. Recently I have recieved a letter, telling me to register with another surgery. this surgery is just trying to reduce their workload because after 41 years they realised im not in the catchment area which is a absurd reason as other surgeries are willing to register me regardless of being in the catchment area or not. Lastly, Dr Shahs Wife is a rude, ignorant and ill mannered woman. she does not know how to speak to patients in a respectable and polite manner. Save yourself the hassle and register with a GOOD surgery that know how to deal with patients in a respectable manner. This is all honesty

Dr Chowdhury is a very good doctor. The rest is a shambles. Receptionists are unhelpful, condescending and abrasive, waiting times are unreasonable, already 15 minutes behind at least for an appointment for 8:40am.

Worse experience ever. Reception staff is helpful but doctors are not. They need more doctors in surgery then reception staff. Need to replace Dr. Bisi with someone sensible and professional doctor. I really stopped going to surgery just because of her. Need to registered me and my family somewhere else in luton.

Very poor service levels from a certain receptionist at this practice. Extremely rude & very patronizing. Requires to URGENTLY attend a refresher call handling course ASAP. I certainly will not be registering, advocating or encouraging anyone to register with this practice.
