Homebase – Luton luton

Good parking but had trouble finding what I wanted as you couldn't tell what was in each isle until you came to it. Needs better signage. Having finally found what I wanted had then had to find a member of staff to remove the security tag to enable me to remove the item required. Having found a member of staff it then took 10 minutes for him actually come and remove the security tag. Can understand the tags but not the wait to have it removed.

Looks like its closing down? empty shelves, place a mess, badly laid out. staff were helpful but not a very nice atmosphere inside and a bit creepy. wont be back.

Love this store, their garden section is amazing. They really do take care of the plants. And actually had someone to ask about plants. Which is definitely needed if you haven't a clue about plants and flowers.

Recent change of ownership made things a bit chaotic for a while. But they seem to be settling down. Still good for the basics will be interesting to see how things develop because there is definitely a space in the market.

We was greeted at the entrance to an incredibly warm welcome, everyone was helpful and I almost felt like I wasn't in Luton. The store has all your home needs and some decent deals during the sales. Would definitely visit again 👌🏾

Went in to browse Christmas trees and the one we wanted wasn’t in stock. The staff - Beth and Evelyn - couldn’t have done more to help us find one locally or make the shop floor model available. Amazing customer service, thank you!

Half the size it used to be. Pretty good stock levels but not a huge range. Staff almost non existent.

A range of DIY products, need to know your prices. Still a good range and garden products are sold here as well and it's next to Aldi's, plenty of parking as well
