This review needs to reach the head office of Eurocell. I write this review with big concerns, regarding a member of staff at the Luton branch. I want to make aware the irresponsible, rude behaved man and his abrasive, rude and very inapproproate behaviour from the start. He showed no customer care!!! No patients!!! Customers are the spine of any business and they deserve respect and kindness. I have never been so disrespected. He needs to evaluate his customer skills and come back with the right mindset. Until then he needs to stay away from the front desk, he only brings a bad atmosphere to the building.
