There is a reason that we chose Zest among the other agents we liaised with, and they did not disappoint. Their photography, copy and general marketing is superb. It seems like no expense is spared. In terms of getting potential buyers through the door I have no doubt that the beautiful photos they have taken, alongside with the eloquent and flattering descriptions have been a huge help in getting our property sold! Glenn and the team are super, and are not your usual estate agents - they do not fit the stereotype - though are superb salespeople for exactly that reason.

You need to be very careful with choosing this agency.I have been with this agency 3 years.Last year's experience was very disappointing. For half a year waited to fix taps, did not get any reply. Until landlord contact me and I fixed taps myself. They are charging exit fee after contract is finished, not for repairings, just exit fee. And if you need a reference from them you will pay £30 per person which I think is ridiculous, in our case would be £90 for just to send an email.

Zest is a pleasure to work with. We have been dealing with Alix and she responds to requests in time. She also communicates with us well in advance when anything is required from us. I would recommend Zest as real estate agents.

Sold within 1 day! Guess we got lucky with that but we probably wouldn't have waited long because attitude, enthusiasm and presentation from day one to completion was excellent. Had been on the market previously with YOPA but the backup to a supposed sale was appalling. Wouldn't touch an online Estate Agent with a barge pole in the future as what you think you will save will be lost by poor presentation, incompetence and the lack of backup. Zest means Zest!

Zest deliver an exceedingly professional service for me as a landlord, acting quickly to ensure any problems are communicated to me and dealt with. They provide a good balance between ensuring the tenants are taken care of and also looking after me as a landlord. Highly recommend.

zest lettings and their staff have been very professional with regard to my tenancy. Any problems I have encountered with the property have been dealt with incredibly quickly.
