Rang on the 28th Sept to look at two houses to rent in Keynsham. The lady took my details and then..... never rang back. I tried chasing up and no response even after a month passing.

Shocking service .I rang them this week abit a flat in keynsham to rent . Each time they couldnt tell me if it was available Never rang me back as promised. On the fourth call the girl was very rude saying well we cant let everyone view with had a lot of interest .

Just want to say a big thank you to Patsy and the team at Rest Assured. They bent over backward to find us a property at really short notice. The property (Hilsea) was 5 star and in a lovely location. Can’t thank them enough for the service which I would recommend to anyone wanting a break and to have a quality service provided by Rest Assured

When rented house they faiked to maintain it to livable standard. When wanted to move they wanted to charge us reference checks etc despite renting through them for years
