I was shown a property by Louise Pearce (Plymouth branch). She was very welcoming and affable. Simply she was excellent and extremely helpful.

I'm 4 months into my tenancy and so far I am very pleased with the service. I have been dealing with Claire Edwards who has been accommodating and friendly. The issues I have raised have been solved promptly.

M&Co worked quickly to sort out referencing and paperwork so our move in to the property was smooth. Gaye was always friendly and any maintenance issues we had with the property were resolved. They were consistently kind and considerate when conducting property viewings - James was lovely - and were respectful of our space. Thanks guys!

She was incredibly friendly and helpful - she was able to meet us at the property within 10 minutes of calling to view it. Martin & Co Bath manages the property we are letting since 2019. They have been very helpful the whole time. Maintenance issues have been addressed promptly. One issue that we are particularly happy with is pets. Martin & Co have been accommodating since the beginning of our tenancy (and thanks to the landlord), and when we were looking for a new place, they have provided a reference letter regarding our dog, which can make a difference in a lettings market that is still pretty much pets-averse.
