5/ 5

We had our property on with another agent for over 6 months with few viewings, no feedback and always seemed to be driving the sale. Enter Andy and Emma from Whiteley Helyar.... we got an asking price offer on day 1 of their marketing and an offer that exceeded this within 4 working days which we accepted. I cannot commend them highly enough and they have restored my faith in estate agencies-but only of you get the right one. Whiteley Helyar were definitely the right ones for us!

The whole team at Whitley Helyar went over and above guiding and helping us through this turbulent market, both buying and selling. There communication was brilliant throughout and they ended up getting us our perfect house. We would highly recommend them. Thank you all of you.

5/ 5

We recently sold our house near Bath and Rupert did a brilliant job for us. It was quite an unusual property and he understood that its chief value, and hence its potential sale price, was its charm and its location, location, location rather than its square footage. Rupert knew exactly what sort of buyer it would appeal to and it sold after just one day's viewing. Rupert's experience, good humour, energy and enthusiasm kept the sale afloat after several challenges along the way.

5/ 5

We bought our property through Whiteley Helyar a couple of months ago and they were absolutely brilliant. Rupert in particular, went above and beyond - nothing was too big an ask. He was professional, responsive and great at communicating things down the chain. We had a number of issues throughout the purchase and Rupert kept our spirits up and kept us smiling despite the stress of it all. I genuinely believe that if it wasn't for Rupert and Whiteley Helyar, the sale may have easily fallen through. Andy and Emma were also fab...I would highly recommend this estate agents to anyone, what a great team!
