I LOVE Reiss clothing. You get what you pay for; style and quality. Reiss York is a lovely shop, clean, inviting and there's good music playing. Music can be a key factor for me, if I'm in a shop with chart music playing I generally expect poor quality and customer service. I know it sounds odd, but next time you go into a shop listen out for the music, I bet it'll be generic top 40 on loop driving the staff mad. However at Reiss York the staff are lovely and will help you with whatever you need, whether it be style advise or just general inquiries. I'm a frequent visitor to the shop and I'm always satisfied with my purchase's and customer service.

I visited the store as I was looking for a new suit and we were helped by Beth. Really fantastic service, she took a lot of time to help me find the right one and size. She had fantastic knowledge of tailoring and pinned the suit to fit before recommending a great local tailor to perfect the suit. She was so friendly and took time to make sure I was happy with everything, and helped to find a complementing tie and pocket square. Fantastic service.

We were assisted by really friendly staff, in particular the girl from Cornwall (don't know her name) with whom we chatted for a long time and who went out of her way to check whether some items were available in storage. Nicely presented shop, in the centre of York.

Who doesn't like the design ethic of Reiss!
