Well laid out, although not all of the wallpaper was in the correct places and not all of it was available. The cafe was excellent. Lovely hot coffee and an excellent bacon sandwich. Very nice staff

B&Q, what's more to be said. Great range and knowledgeable, helpful staff. Loads of car park spaces and a butty van is there most days. Not as cheap as some other places (screwfix/toolstation) but makes up for it but being able to see what you're going to buy.

Went for some new bathroom sink taps. Found them easily enough. Required some advice on the taps we wanted and asked a B&Q guy who gave us some sound advice to help us in our purchase and fitting them. Good experience all round.

Large, well stocked store for DIY and trade. Lots of choice and many brands available. Plenty of parking and a little cafe. Customer toilets were immaculate. Lady on the self-checkout was really helpful. I find prices to be very reasonable and some good offers on too. We bought a very cheap kitchen for our first house from here and couldn't fault the quality, looked as good on the day I took it out as it did when I out it in. Surprisingly good considering what we paid for it. Also has a very good returns policy for any unused items.

Got what we wanted. Plenty of choice. Prices were ok. Helpful and knowledgeable staff directed us straight to the product.

Not a lot of stock at the moment. Having to goto screwfix a lot more

We'll organised. Very helpful staff. Products good. Couldn't find a corner shelf as it out of stock. Otherwise usual perfect visit.

Paul the manager just delivered some fairy lights due to a mix up. Great customer service. Went out their way to resolve the mix up. Excellent.

Surprisingly busy at 6pm when we arrived, but very well marked and easy to navigate without bumping into people.
