I just had three bespoke rings made. One of which is an engagement ring. I'm absolutely delighted with them. Jenny designed them spot on. She knows I'm alternative (gothic) and she did them exactly as I would want them. Most of my jewellery comes from here or the Whitby shop. Highly recommended and the ladies who work there can never do enough to help and believe me I've been in some trauma over a particular piece that wasnt right but they've all done an amazing job in getting me what I asked for and delivering a fabulous service so THANK YOU ladies :)

Jennifer was wonderful! I went in the Shambles store and was disappointed they did not have the clogau ring I wanted. I had been to many stores in Leeds and York with no luck. They all said they could order it and have it in a week. Jennifer actually located the ring in 2 sizes for me and had them in that store the next day. Thank you so much Jennifer for being so helpful.

Such a fantastic jewellers with knowledgable, friendly staff that were more than happy to help. I really felt they went out of their way to find what I was looking for and even offered to get pieces in from their other stores to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. A real credit to the company!

Such a pretty little boutique with amazing jewellery! Feels like a treasure trove of Whitby Jet, amber and Derbyshire Blue John to name but a few gemstones available here! Staff are so lovely and helpful. I was after a very specific kind of rose gold wedding band and they managed to source the exact style I was after.

A great traditional jewellery shop in the historic shambles . The staff were polite and very knowledgeable and Elizabeth found exactly what I wanted. In summary a great shop , good value with great staff.

Had an appointment to look at a couple of watches in the Shambles shop. Beautiful location, Aggie was very helpful and managed to find me a watch I wanted to try on at the last minute. Overall fantastic experience!
