Good place, counter assistants very good at there job and made me feel at ease with there knowledge of the items

Fantastic choice of accessories especially for hair. Spoilt for choice to get some for my daughter's. Great place to buy gifts for girls. But pricier than I remember but then that's the way of the world I guess!

Not a good selection of nose rings but some good deals on.

small shop crammed full of stuff that my daughters want or need. best avoided if you have a pram.

My daughter found everything she wanted right away

Not enough room to get around in a wheelchair. Staff were great and tried to move stuff and help. But there is just too much stuff and too many units even for the helpful staff to make a way to get around. Thanks to the staff for trying really hard, but we won't be back until the store is more accessible. If you're a wheelchair user please avoid!

Daughter had her ear pierced here today. The store manager was so lovely , friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy

My granddaughter bought some nice things but I didn't like how the girl came up to her and told her that if she bought 3 things she could have 3 free. Try explaining to a 7 year old that you bought the expensive things and got the cheaper things free not the other way round.

Daughter had ears pierced here today and the staff were so good with her! Thank you for making it a nice experience for her 💕

Absolutely disgusting customer service would give zero star rating but no option for this. I would avoid this store at all costs as there is no social skills verbally or they are sadly lacking in their social skills and in need of retraining concerning their customer relations.
