Very happy indeed with the way the Savills Richmond office (Peter in particular) managed the sale of our house. Patiently found us a buyer. Helped broker between buyer and seller on the right price. Always communicated with us what was happening and took the time to give updates all the way through via phone or email. Understands the market well in Richmond and very good with people. Didn't think I'd write a good review of an estate agent but here I am. It is deserved.

This is the first time I've used Savills for the sale of a property, and I was thoroughly delighted with the service. Imy Blunt was the excellent negotiator who secured a buyer for me, and subsequently liaised between all parties, helped by her manager Harriett. It wasn't the most straightforward of sales due to a number of factors (when is a leasehold sale simple?) but their tenacity and knowledge paid off and to my, and the buyers, delight we got it over the line.
