Disappointed, throughout the tenancy of 1 and a half year things were off and on okay when it came to repairs. once we were told now if the door lock breaks again we will have to pay. It was a cheap lock though. Upon leaving the house is the worst part their behaviour changes drastically they stop treating you with respect and they waste your time. Afterwards they gave us an option of bringing people for cleaning quote but when i wanted to bring a cleaner for retrieving quote they did not allow us. They are full of surprises after you leave. its been a month and we have still not recieved our deposit and now have gone to Dispute in TDS. Best of luck to them for future with this behaviour.

It shocks me to see such bad reviews left about this agency. I have been a tenant for 3 years now and have never had a problem. There have been a few issues with my property, which is no fault of the agency, as soon as I have called they have seen that these issues are resolved and keep me updated on progress being made. All staff are approachable and pleasant to talk to and we have built up a good relationship over the years. I would highly recommend this agency for anyone looking to rent. Me and my Partner,recently rented a property through Matthew Williams. They were very helpful and treated us with upmost respect, which we have failed to see with other agencies. All in all Matthew Williams, is a professional and very good estate agent. I would recommend other members of the public to use them. Thanks for all the help.

Matthew is a smol cinnamon bun. The down side is he says "eh" too much.

Haven't personally rented a property from them but found that their customer service and there friendly approach was the best out of the other agents I called. Would of been very happy to let a property from them but they didn't have any property's that met requirements.
