James and the team really are the best estate agents around. They go above and beyond and their service deserves more than 5 stars! They keep you constantly updated and deliver on all of their promises. You can tell they genuinely care especially if dealing with slightly sensitive clients. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat. Everyone in the office has been warm, friendly and helpful but if you deal with James or Terrence you really won't go wrong

I had a great experience using Foxtons and especially from the help I have received from Sophie Kekwick, who works in the Pinner office. Our current rental with another agency has been somewhat problematic. Sophie assuaged my fears from the off in helping us find the best properties for our next move to a new home. She was professional, informative but most importantly has a skill that few people have. The ability to listen and understand the requirements of customers. Sophie enabled a positive negotiation with the landlord, provided professional advice of our rights as tenants, helped us with the step-by-step process and has been always available to answer questions, during the day, evenings and weekends. When she has not been available due to her work load she has always communicated with us at the earliest opportunity. In short, Sophie has been polite, patient, helpful and a good advert for Foxtons. I would be pleased for her to work for us again should we require a move in the future. I shall also be recommending her work to friends for their future moves.

Isabella has been really helpful in helping me find the right property. She was keen and eager to help. She wanted to know exactly what my needs were and tried to deliver a property that best matched my needs. She accommodated me with hours that suited me which was quite helpful so I would not need to take time off to see a property . It was a pleasure to work with her and I hope the positive experience continues throughout our handover process and stay in the property.

I just sold my property with Foxtons. They have been amazing. We had it on with another agent initially for a month, who hardly got us any viewing and most cancelled on the day. So I put on with Foxtons as well, as a multiple agent. Within 2 weeks we had loads of viewings and an offer. James and Nathan have been amazing throughout the process. Ringing to give regular updates and checking how the process was going. Towards the end they chased the lawyers for updates. Very professional. I couldn’t recommend more. I am so grateful to them.
