He greets my family with a box of chocolates, is super responsive on calls, always maintains the best energy, checks in all the time and has even checked in on us outside of his working hours to keep the momentum going to help buy/sell in the deadline we wanted. All in all, he truly has bent over backwards for me and my family, to help us sell and buy a home. He introduced a solicitor to us and gosh the list is just endless.
