Absolutely Terrible service. We were stood up by them on a viewing in which I rang them for the woman to tell me reasons why we would be unsuitable for this property. Despite having been in thier keynsham branch and speaking to them on the phone discussing the property and other details previously. Absolute waste of our time why not just tell us in person before making plans letting us turn up, wait around and then tell us we can't have this place and there not there. Hope no one else wants their time wasted and choose to use a good estate agent.

Very helpful from the get go. I have been very pleased with the service throughout. My emails and calls were always returned promptly and I have yet to experience any problems. I would highly reccommended friendly branch to anybody looking for a property.
