Seems like a dynamic, youthful business. My family unit successfully landed a decent place through Davies & Way, and they certainly showed plenty of flexibility in accommodating our circumstances, as we were moving halfway across the country on a tight schedule. They also didn't charge us any fees, which is good from a renter's perspective.

We had a very positive experience with the Keynsham branch of Davies and Way. My wife and I were living in Aberdeen at the time (May 2015), we had already sold our property there and had travelled to the Bath area looking for a rental property to relocate to - a potentially stressful situation. The agent we dealt with, Olivia, was excellent from the start, she promptly scheduled our review visit, met us at the property and showed us around demonstrating good knowledge of the house, grounds and rental arrangements. There were a couple of additional questions we had which the agent checked into later and clarified for us. We decided to take the property but returned to Aberdeen and had to finalise dates and the contract from there. The agent was very understanding and patient, checking with all parties concerned regarding details of the contract, move-in date, payments and move-in arrangements so that on the day of our move all went without a hitch. It was a big move for us so it was great to feel that this side of things was taken care of so well. Overall our experience was very positive and our agent was professional, courteous and diligent.
