Went to send some parcels, and they didn’t accept it because not exactly weight on it. Even though it is right size. I’ve been sending this with other post office for while. Never had problem.

I weighed a parcel I was sending on Ebay, then went home to print out an Ebay label. When I came back to the post office to send off the parcel, I asked for a receipt. The person serving me suddenly became really annoyed and said "next time use your own scales" (which I don't have) he said as I had paid the postage and packing online, I had used his scales for free and he said "what do I get out of it?" I said no other post office had complained, as I have used a few different post offices to send things off that I have sold on Ebay. When I said this, he didn't answer. Instead, he said I was making money out of him ( the item I was sending was sold for £5 ) and he said, "don't do that again." I repeated that no one had ever said this before and again he had no answer to that. His attitude was appalling.
