Great to see a smiling face and helpful staff. The cars have really improved in my opinion. More importantly the staff were very helpful unlike Vauxhall Ellesmere Port and Nissan Wirral (no longer trading as Nissan). I've had some really negative vibes from my recent visits to local dealerships.
