I tried to book an appointment yesterday by phone and was told nothing for the next 4 weeks. Rang today By 8.18am all appointments gone. I've now registered online only to find out still no appointments up until 23/5/2019. wouldn't let me book after that. There's got to be a better system surely.

Telephoned the surgery Friday after learning from my chemist that a repeat prescription had been cancelled by the surgery for my 3 year old constipated daughter - no notice to parents given! (And in which Dr Bally had said she needs being on continuously until decides otherwise) -asking why they had cancelled I was told I had to wait until Monday ! I said not acceptable - I was expected to collect the repeat prescription before the wkend as my daughter is only 3 & is seriously constipated & needs her meds urgently...I was told the on call doctor would be in touch. This did not happen. It is now Sunday and my 4 year has struggled over the weekend and is damaging her bowels with the backing up. Disgusted. This is a child!! This surgery needs to seriously review its practice and staff.

My mum has been a patient at this practice since before Dr Astles took over. It is now near on impossible for her to get an appointment. She is having problems hearing, but when she went in to get an appointment she was told she had to ring in at 8am to get an on the day one. She cannot hear so trying to phone for an appointment is impossible. I have even tried to book on line for her but it does not look like they release on the day appointments on there either. How can you treat your patients like this. It's getting worse.

During the last three months, we have needed the surgery's help a lot. Everyone there has been very polite, helpful and they always call back when they say they will. Telephone appointments have been made for the very same day and it's been easy to pick up prescriptions. Very happy indeed with the service as we all know how hard everyone has been working over and above these past two years.
