Very friendly and helpful. Good money saving book offers. Though being close to end of service times, I was at no moment given the impression I need to hurry. All questions were dealt with in an appropriate way. Thanks to the male shop assistant putting my focus on the 'Peter James book section' - you should be awarded 'staff of the month'!

There is a good range of cards in this branch but other stationery items can be hard to find. The post office branch in the basement is very useful.

The staff are rude and just don't take the care with their customers. Recently l slipped and fell down at their entrance shop in churchill square, due to a wet iron grid that lay across the floor to their entrance. The staff ignored me and left me feeling dazed ,due to me falling. After about 5 minutes, one of the customers helped me up. I then realised that my right foot was injured, as l was in pain, not able to walk. It was then the manager approached saying,we have coverage of the incident on CCTV camera, you were only laying on the ground 5 seconds and not 5 minutes. He went back to his office. I have lost confidence in the staff of W H S, SHOP!
