Dunelm brighton

Great customer service at this branch. I need help choosing bedding for people with allergies and a lovely young lady called Vicky helped me to choose the best products. She was polite, very knowledgeable and even helped me carry everything to my car. I really hope the management see this and tell her and the rest of the staff what a wonderful job they are doing!

Great Store with great prices on par with online retailers. One area that does differ from online retailers is the Dunelm team have a low level of product knowledge. I found no one in the branch was able to answer simple questions and never followed up with a clear answer. On the other hand I was able to obtain an instant and detailed response from online retailers. Guess which one got my business …. Maybe Dunelm will go the same way of BHS and other high-street retailers and disappear due to a low level of customer focus or service, which would be a great pity.

Easy to park. Store had a lot of sales on. Found what I needed straight away. Store was tidy and staff member who served me was friendly

Plenty of products available. Prices is a little WRONG. But that's because things get moved about I suppose. It a good store for home essentials

Bigger than it looked from the outside, lots of items to peruse and an in-store cafe. Only negative is the entrance to the parking area has a very sharp turn so if you have a large vehicle be aware.

Good range of products for the home. Excellent one way system in place, a shame so many people don't follow the direction arrows on the floor! Staff very helpful and polite.

Because I got what I wanted at a reasonable price. Staff lovely. Only fault it is difficult to social distance in parts of the store but on the whole it worked well.

The young man making the coffee and serving at the till yesterday was amazing at his job. Calm under pressure, courteous and very kind. Great job!!
