Great website always fantastic service, however the branch manager Zania is a very rude lady and needs some training in customer service. In fairness to her she did appoligise for her rudeness, but Clarks need to invest some time in training their retail staff or your high street business will fail !

Great got exactly what I was looking for , not sure why they need so many staff as some of them were clearly only there for chatting to each other about their own lives!

Lucy was fantastic. After reading some poor reviews about rude staff I was apprehensive about going to this store for my baby’s first shoes however I also couldn’t face taking him to town at Christmas…. So I though I’d try. I was very pleasantly surprised when lovely Lucy was assisting and was very helpful in sizing and fitting LO’s first shoes. She was even very lovely when he decided to start taking all the shoes off the rack, very kindly just smiled and put them back. Thank you so much.

I would have preferred to complain direct to Clarks but despite their 'Contact Us" and 'Customer Care' boxes on their web site there is no obvious way of bringing anything adverse to the attention of higher management. I will not bore you with the ill-mannered lack of attention that I received this morning, suffice to say that this store will not survive until they conduct some serious staff training. From arriving at the entrance to the shop the set up is woefully amateur. Polite staff might be able to conceal the shortcomings but the employee this morning was not so blessed. Take your business elsewhere until Clarks wakes up.
