Dental Service
- great dental service, the place is clean, the dentists inspire trust by what they do and are doing a great job.
Client management
- There is a big room for improvement here. Generally, I felt that there is a lack of client expectation management, which unfortunately felt as if made up to ensure that the client ends up paying more than expected. This was felt when booking a dental check and a hygienist treatment for example.
- There is also a lack of upfront explanation. A customer needs to know costs and health consequences of any dental procedure before being prompted to pay for it.
- On top of that, there is a general feel of always being pushed to book the next dental check or hygienist appointment. A general "money driven" perception which doesn't inspire loyalty.
Price
- Most costs are provided online and on a printed sheet in the practice. But, there is a lot of other costs which are not transparent enough for the customers. This also doesn't inspire trust. As a customer I want a clear explanation of what I am paying for, what is included, what is not and not have any surprises. This is ultimately a communication issue.
- A quick search, comparison with other dental practice shows clearly that the costs of this practice are the highest of the market.
