Extremely professional, caring and a sense of exclusivity. Treatment and result was amazing. This place is highly recommended and I will bring the rest of my family under their care. Also has a cosmopolitan touch with all the languages being spoken. Location is as well an added plus.

Review

What a top experience we had on receiving a checkup and teeth whitening session. I went with my girlfriend who was going to have her teeth whitened and was a bit nervous but we were greeted with a smile and also some great personalities at the practice which helped make us laugh and smooth the experience. As for the treatments we had, I have heard about similar ones upon which I had some questions but these have answered any doubts we may have had and the results have been amazing. Thanks alot for a great service.

This review covers 3 points: dental service, client management and price. Dental Service - great dental service, the place is clean, the dentists inspire trust by what they do and are doing a great job. Client management - There is a big room for improvement here. Generally, I felt that there is a lack of client expectation management, which unfortunately felt as if made up to ensure that the client ends up paying more than expected. This was felt when booking a dental check and a hygienist treatment for example. - There is also a lack of upfront explanation. A customer needs to know costs and health consequences of any dental procedure before being prompted to pay for it. - On top of that, there is a general feel of always being pushed to book the next dental check or hygienist appointment. A general "money driven" perception which doesn't inspire loyalty. Price - Most costs are provided online and on a printed sheet in the practice. But, there is a lot of other costs which are not transparent enough for the customers. This also doesn't inspire trust. As a customer I want a clear explanation of what I am paying for, what is included, what is not and not have any surprises. This is ultimately a communication issue. - A quick search, comparison with other dental practice shows clearly that the costs of this practice are the highest of the market.

Review

Sara is the best dentist our kids have ever had. She has a lot of patience and is fantastic in making it fun for children. My 8 years old now loves going to the dentist. Sara was also brilliant in helping my sensitive 3 years old get used to whole experience.
