I had an absolute fantastic professional experience. They really take customer service and care to the highest level. I had Minal and her lovely assistant deal with my routine dentist appointment and hygienist clean. Both ladies were able to put me at ease very quickly and as such I am utterly satisfied and happy with the service I received. I would highly recommend Advanced Dental Care to anyone looking for a professional experience at a reasonable cost.

My five year old son had an emergency the practice was fully booked reception managed get us appointment with in minutes.I was very impressed by the professionalism of all staff members from the polite and accommodating receptionist to the helpful dentist and dental nurse. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. Very pleased.

One of the best dental care I've received from Dr. Theo Murgelas here in the UK. Dr. Theo is a very honest Dr. Doesn't take the easy way out and explains the procedures to his patience. The reception staff and assistants too are very polite. Would definitely recommend this clinic.

The service here was great! We did not have to wait long for our appointment (only five minutes) and the appointment itself was rather quick. Everyone here is very efficient and professional. Highly recommended :)

I would recommend Dr Nasreen Osman. Great dentist. She was gentle and professional. I am so happy with the result. I will never change her.

I strongly believe dr Alham Ali needs to have a better understanding of ethic and professional attitude. Also, a better time management skill. Despite the fact that I arrived on time for the appointment, I’ve been taken with a 10 min delay. Haven’t a problem with that but since it wasn’t the first time when happened I was expecting an explanation, apart for the one “We had an emergency.” After a simple argument, you cannot say “I’m not feeling confident to continue the treatment.”. There is a way in resolving this matter, simply quitting the job and leave it to someone who is capable.
