Or in case of Dr Bella Shah at Orthosmile,Hounslow is one visit at the time.Every contact with this lady was pure pleasure:she is exceptionally professional,kind,approachable and tactful. My son was very apprehensive and anxious before our first visit but that was soon completely dispelled.Every visit was very informative,we were allowed to ask questions and to be totally put at ease.The treatment was huge success and my child enjoys the confidence of perfect smile and thoroughly enjoyable dental treatment experience.I would wholeheartedly recommend both Orthosmile and Dr Bella to all!!!

Orthosmile has been excellent throughout my getting my braces, having them taken off and getting my retainers, with no complications. Very helpful receptionists and orthodontists and good facilities.

My daughter had braces treatment done at Orthosmile. Through out the treatment we always managed to be seen at suitable times for our needs. The customer service team were great, delivering good standards of service. Extremely pleased at the end result of my son's treatment, the improvement was incredible! A truly 5 star professional service. A real BIG THANKS to Dr. Bela Shah who always had gentle professional hands to my son, kind and friendly and so as the staff. However, with such top quality service, oversubscription comes naturally which results to a bit of a long waiting time. Still, 5 star overall.

I started my treatment with Orthosmile Hounslow in August 2019 and finished in September 2021. I couldn’t of asked for a better treatment, with Dr Saman H.Hejaz. I was taken care of throughout my entire time with this orthodontics and have now got the perfect desired smile. Words cannot describe how friendly and efficient the team here are.
