I know the mere thought of the dentist sends some into a spin - no need to worry with Imperial. Always able to put me at ease with her calm demeanour, Karen Woo is a joy and her nurses attentive. That's the reason I drive miles to continue to be a patient here.

I am in my eighties now and have been with Imperial Dental Care for I think over 20 years and my dentist and hygienist have both provided me with an outstanding service in looking after my teeth. What better testimony could there be when I tell you I still have all my own teeth, apart from an implant and the extraction in the past of I think three wisdom teeth. Of course you have to do your part as well with regular brushing and flossing. I am very grateful to Imperial Dental Care and every confidence in their dental care and treatment.

My dentist lady is very good and gives me time and advice, however I wasn't very impressed with the hygienist appointment I recently had because she called me in 10mins late and only cleaned my teeth for about 10-15mins, when it was a 30 mins cleaning apt. And then I was told to come back in again in two week time for a further cleaning to finish off, if I had my 30 mins clean then I wouldn't have to pay another session of hygienist appointment.

Dr Sepediah is my dentist. I had some issues with a previous dentist. However, Sepediah has been very professional and thorough with my treatment. Very clear communication and a calm atmosphere made my anxiety level go down. There is a lot of transparency which is much appreciated. Trusting your dentist is a very important part before beginning which I can do now. The reception and the other staff at the practice are great. There haven’t been any issues with appointment cancellations and delays. Couldn’t ask for more.

One of my tooth unfortunately broke while eating due to decaying( I was not aware of the decay), in couple of days it started being very painful, NHS 111 made appointment with Imperial dental care, I was bit nervous as I was not sure what to expect, but once they asked me to come in, I was greeted by friendly yet professional Dr Natasha and her assistant Zamzam, Dr Natasha toke her time to make sure i understood what the options are and what needs to be done, as I had no idea what was going on with my tooth, to relieve my pain she suggested to remove the nerve and cleaned the root canals, so I agreed. from start till the end , I did felt zero pain and she kept asking every few minutes if I was alright, at the end she recommended few things for the future and there I was happy and pain free again, well done guys! for being helpful in difficult time and empathetic! Highly recommended dental practice.
