near impossible to get an appointment, just get told to ring next morning , fine if you are not work

near impossible to get an appointment, just get told to ring next morning , fine if you are not working , but means if you work ,either have to take time off on the chance you might get an appointment, if they dont its a wasted day off work, or you effectively don't have access to a doctor.. the nurse there is very good, in fairness. Have now left this surgery

It not the staff that need an over haul, its the system that they have their. You phone at 8-30am, and your tolled NO appointments that day, you phone the next day same thing again , but if you go to the surgery at 8-30 am, they will give you an appointment there and then. Thats wrong.
