Established in 2008, Western Lettings is an independent, award-winning letting agents in Glasgow. We focus entirely on property letting and property management in order to provide the best possible service in these areas. If you are a first-time landlord we can help guide you through the steps needed to get your property ready to let e.g. advising you on the various safety regulations and arranging the necessary checks.  If you are unhappy with your current letting agent we can also help you switch with our hassle-free Landlord Switching Service.  Our aim is to make everything run as smoothly as possible for you and your tenants for the duration of the tenancy.

 

We are highly accredited ((ARLA, TPOS, SAL, LAS, CLA) and have recently been awarded Investors in People Gold Accreditation, which is the highest level. We are the first letting agent in Scotland to achieve this and believe it demonstrates our high level of commitment to our staff and our clear focus on continuous improvement and customer service.
