Have been using Clyde for property management on my portfolio for a few years now. I have always found them to be professional, efficient and courteous in their dealings we me and my tenants. Would highly recommend them for looking after your rental properties. They do a great job of looking after the property, landlord needs and also the tenants concerns. They are very proactive in ensuring that all license and landlord responsibilities are covered. A recent thanks to Craig and Hillary for all their hard work.

I picked Clyde Property in Shawlands to market and sell my house for me. From my initial call right through to the sale completion, their service was fantastic. I felt the whole team got involved. I work away quite a bit so their ‘my Clyde’ feature was useful in that it allowed me to track the status on a day to day basis. Impressed from start to finish. Saw what Clyde were doing when we were initially viewing properties for purchasing and were impressed with the style, tone and marketing of the properties as well as the ease of organising viewings etc. Although we didn't buy through Clyde we still decided to sell with them and right from the initial valuation, everything was faultless. The price was set attractively, interest was immediate and all viewings were organised and shown through Clyde. The team offered good advice throughout and our property eventually went to closing and we accepted a perfect offer! Thank you Clyde team for all you did!

Property had severe damage for over a year before moving out and could not get anybody to repair it. I moved out months ago and cannot get my deposit back even though we tried to hard to get it so perfect for moving out. Terrible correspondence and communication and Ive now had to contact a third party - shocking!

Over the few years I have found them to be very professional & very personable, with them always reaching out via telephone in the first instance whenever anything needed discussed. This is very welcome in an age where everything is usually via email. Hilary and her team are extremely professional & lined up 7 prospective tenants for viewings in less than 24hrs, all of which were highly suitable tenants. Very happy.
