Efficient, courteous and businesslike. The sale of our property was handled with a high level of professionalism from the first visit to the completion of the sale. Queries were responded to quickly and communication was fast and fluent, particularly pleasing given the large number of viewings and interested parties involved. Thank you Savills and Peter Gillespie in particular for your hard work.

Peter Gillespie and his team made a normally stressful experience, pain free. They employed a friendly but professional approach to our house sale. We had no time wasters and were regularly informed of potential purchasers. The representation of the house was breathtaking and reached an international audience resulting in a timely sale. Peter and Savills were recommended to us by a friend who had recently sold through them. They certainly delivered.

Working with Peter and his team was a pleasure from start to finish! From the moment Peter came to appraise our property to the time when contracts were exchanged and the house was sold, it was obvious we were in the hands of an absolute expert who knew his market, his area, and his customers inside out. I really couldn't recommend Peter and Savills Glasgow highly enough. Thanks Peter!

From the beginning of the buying process through to completion and beyond, Carol Cormack and her colleagues provided a first class service. She was so helpful through this process and was ready to answer our questions whenever they arose. We would not hesitate to buy (or sell) through Savills in the future.

Awful experience. Didnt do what they promised. Didn't come back after an offer. Asked for home report 3 times still didn't get a call. The phone rang out all day and no-one picked up. In the end I gave up. If you think Savills are a top end estate agents think again. Disorganised chaos and bedlam sums them up. Put them in the cowboys category. If you want professionalism use Daniel James estate agents. They are the creme de la creme in my opinion.
