The worst run store imaginable. No concept of taking customer orders based on queuing. Just random selection. No hygiene standards. Avoid like the plague, which you'd probably get if you ate there!

Excellent bread especially sourdough and rye bread and great choice of very tasty filled rolls sandwiches

Bread is lovely and kind people.

I wished I liked my local bakery chain more than I do. It's now trying to be Gregg's, but the produce isn't as good and costs more. Cross contamination between meat and vegetation products. And for forty years, we've always felt the bread stodgy. Not a disaster, but could be better. Update: Having moaned, they've improved their vegetarian awareness over the last few years. Their first attempt at a vegan sausage roll was, however, grim.

Good bakers value for money and friendly staff. If the coffee waa better it would be 5 stars.

Very popular shop. Expect to join queue first thing, around lunchtime and knocking off time. That said, prompt and friendly service at this branch. Wide range of breads, rolls and snacks available. Bacon rolls are nice and warming in this cooler weather ;-)

I usually come in every now and then and today the service was fantastic. I walked in, got greeted with 4 smiles, (how are you? Etc) and was served in seconds. Seriously impressive. I am annoyed at myself I didn't get one of the guys names who was really attentive. 🌟

I usually come in here with no issues. However I am a vegetarian and asked the lady behind the till for a cheese and onion pasty half way down the road I realised after eating the top pastry in was in fact a steak bake! to my horror when I went back the lady behind the till said nothing took my pastry and went ahead trying to wrap the correct pastry. No apologies in fact didn't say a word when I explained I was a vegetarian. In the end I said can I have my money back. No customer service no apology

When I needed a chicken and mushroom pie, you were there. When my wife craved a Jamaican beef patty, you were there. And most importantly when you had your 99p coffee offer on, you were there for the whole of Pinner everyday. We love you Wenzels, we truly do.
