The staff have always been less than friendly in this store but off late the coffee machines, both of them, are 'out of service' at the same time on weekend days, particularly in the mornings! A neat trick to ensure customers can't claim their free coffee at the busiest times.

Excellent fresh sushi from Sushi Daily in Waitrose Twickenham. Great food for all times of the day

Appreciated the selection, great produce, but lots of single use plastics.

Definitely not the place to buy toiletries and kitchen disposables. The meat counter is good. And they have a good selection of balsamic vinegars, olives, oils, spicies and things like that.

Shamira was particularly helpful at the checkout helping us to organise our purchases in the most efficient way. Altogether a pleasing end to our shopping.

Good range and good quality .in particular there's an Italian lady who works here who is always helpful and cheerful. I would say some of the older ladies 9n the tabbaco kiosk need a good course in customer service ..overall a good store with wonderful food products .love their organic range which really is reasonably priced .
