It's delicious to eat any cake. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

I have tried a lot of other bakers/confectioner's, however the cakes from the cake box are exceptional. I must have ordered over 15 cakes over last year 2018/19 from predominantly the West Ealing branch, however some at Woolwich and others from Southall. I have also ordered cup cakes from yourselves, they are great to look at and just as delicious to eat.

Great cakes. The delivery is on time and communication is great, the presentation is also good. Although I do believe the prices are a little costly.

FOUND HAIR IN CAKE- Horrible Service I ordered my husbands birthday cake here in August ( Click and collect service) Cut a piece of the cake and found hair in the cake. Immediately sent pictures and a email to the branch. They didn’t even bother to respond or acknowledged it. I called up the branch and they told me they passed onto the manager who will get in touch with me. They never did. Extremely disappointed as I was a regular customer. Not anymore! ps: from the picture you can see the piece of hair with cake on it.

Service is very poor. Kept waiting for ages while assisting a customer who was browsing after placing an order. Customer even suggested to the staff to serve me while she was making her mind up. When they finally came to me and was ready to order they promptly abandoned me for a customer who came in waving a receipt. Appalingly rude, just comical..
