Overall I have a good experience with this practice and I’m glad I’ve registered here. Dr Mann is great and I’ve been really fortunate to how much she has helped me while I’ve had a bit of patchy year - with both mental and physical health. Only downside is that communication from the practice isn’t always good. For example I was meant to have a phone appointment one morning so I cleared my calendar from meetings but then they phoned me in the afternoon when I couldn’t take a call as I was working. Also when you order prescriptions online you don’t get any confirmation so I thought they hadn’t gone through. It would be great to get even an automated email or text that just said the prescription would be ready to pick up in a couple of days. Otherwise it’s a great surgery and I’m glad I’ve registered here, much better than where I was before!!

Pat on reception is an absolute ray of sunshine and the most helpful doctor's surgery receptionist I have ever encountered in my life, anywhere I've lived. Thanks Pat for making things easier and for being so cheery and helpful.

Their new system is absolutely awful. The reception staff don't explain things and talk down to you as if you're stupid when you try to ask for clarification. The doctors and nurses aren't that bad if you can actually get a chance to speak to/see them.
