Very poor service indeed, extremely unprofessional and uncaring approach to patients, they should not be in this profession if they can't deliver a quality service, manners cost nothing.

Staff are nice but the pharmacy service is the problem here, you will have to constantly check your prescriptions as items are frequently missing or only part supplied. Advice, put your repeat prescription in very early if it is a normal prescription ask first or just go to another pharmacy. The doctors are ok depending on who you get. Dr Rowan Brown is fantastic but some have been known to cost cut and give you cheaper medication which is not suitable for you and will only save them a few pence which doesn't help you.

Prescriptions never, never ready for collection , regardless how long they may have had your prescription for. Always long wait. Often not all items dispensed but not informed, so you never know until you open the bag. Very disorganised place. If it wasn`t for the convenience for being at the medical centre, I would never go there.

Very nice staff but unfortunately they forget about medication owing and say meds being delivered but never arrive! I have to keep chasing them every month for a repeat prescription so hope things improve. Not getting my meds severely impacts on my ability to walk.

Went for my first covid jab and the staff were so helpful and friendly, there are people who open the door for you and point you in the right place. And the Dr's/nurses are so lovely.
